Returns
Products are checked prior to shipment. If products are returned without armor, no refund will be issued.
If you would like to purchase armor only, please contact us at customerservice@sportbikechic.com PRIOR to purchasing pants or gear.
Please note that initial shipping is free. Customers should expect to pay for return shipments. Please be sure to inspect the size charts carefully for the best fit for the first order to avoid any consumer shipping costs/returns.
Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
For identified sales where the sale is final (clearance sales), please note that only exchanges are accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
CLEARANCE SALE/FINAL SALE Returns.
Note that if a product is sold at a clearance/final sale price, as advertised on the home page, exchanges only are accepted.

Returns Greater than 30 Days
If you have issues or concerns with your product quality, please email customerservice@sportbikechic.com. Please be prepared with:
- Photos of damage
- Name of purchaser/email that item was purchased with for confirmation
- Location of purchase (website, event, etc...)
If items are less than 30 days old, a full refund is available upon return of the product.
If the item is greater than 30 days old, please provide the same details requested above, along with the returned product for an exchange up to 1 year from purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
